This was a project to retrofit an existing Bio-Solids plant in Southern California. Many challenges were involved as the material is highly corrosive, and the pressures are extreme due to large volumes of wet material. The scope of work was to design the hydraulic gate valves & supports, the Silo Discharges (with high-pressure spray nozzles), And the High-pressure Access with safety latches and volume sensors.
